My fiance works as a dancer and is employed through the minister of culture in his country for hte last 13 years. In the last 5 he has been invited on an artist visa to work with his company abroad and also so work as a solo dancer abroad. The entire time his employer never changed. Do I need to list the name and address of who hired him abroad whether solo or with his company on the G-325A form where it asks to list all information of the last job abroad or can i just lilst his employer in his country and state that during such and such dates he has worked outside of the country? Does that make sense? I'm not sure I can get any of the employer info from his jobs abroad and I am hoping to just use his emplyer info from his country since this is who anyone outside of hte country has to approach and ask if they can hire him as a solo dancer or if they want to hire the whole company.

Thank you!

Who pays him? The dance company or the theaters who hire him? If the theaters are hiring the dance company and he gets his salary from the dance company, the dance company is his employer, and its headquarters is his employment address.

List who he is employed by. You say it has not changed, so put that employer, and then the date from 5 years back to present.

But I have to list that he was out of the country 4 times because it is a part of our story and how we saw each other. If whoever hires him outside of his country has to kind of "lease" him from his company do I need to list any other employer name than the one in his country? I would say that he was in London for 2 months but his employer was still the name and address in his country, right? Or no and I need to get the name and address of who hired him in London and then it would show that he had short term jobs outside if his country during his current employment inside his country.

When listing how you met, you can state that he travels for work and that is how you met. You do not have to list each every place he worked at. If you want to do it that way, you can, but I just don't think it is necessary to list anyone else but his actual employer that signs his paychecks.
