$199.00 Payment guidance for us citizenship????

Please clarify.. I'm trying to file for a n-400 I came across this website named us-immigration..the website ask some questions and came up with a result that I'm eligible for us citizenship then it asked for my credit card information and at the right side there is $199? I already search for us-citizenship i knew that I need to pay $680 but not $199... thanks....

You can fill up the N-400 form yourself, no need for some websites which you pay to do it for you.

I may be wrong but that is probably their fee for guiding you to fill the N-400. The 680 for USCIS will be added to that.

Don't pay anyone anything, that's the main reason why this website exists to help you through your immigration process without laywer/paralegal. Why would you pay any website for guidance? And plus you are confusing something here. I believe you think that $199 is a application fee for N400, which is absolutely not. It is probably just a third party website which offers you their service for that $199 and not official fees that you have to pay to government. Whenever you are ready to apply gather all the requiered documents and include check or money order of $680 and mail it USCIS. As far as eligibility goes, you have 2 options, either you have to be a permanent resident for at least 5 years or 3 years if your residency is based on marriage to a U.S. Citizen. In both cases you can apply 90 days before 5th or 3rd annyversary. I hope it helps, good luck.

Go there: http://www.uscis.gov/n-400 download the form and send it in. Anything else is a scam!

you don't need to pay 199.00.to file the n-400 is 680.00 go to the uscis website citizenship download the form n-400 full it out on your computer printer send a check for 680.00 to us department of homeland security your case number on the back of the check.paper clip to the n-400. if you need help post it some one will come alone at vj
