GUYS I HAVE A QUESTION....... i know that the form I-134 needs to be original. how about form 1040...W2 form..employment letter and bank statement. should it be a photocopy or original as well?????

Only the I-134 needs to be original. The rest, including the 1040, W2s, etc. can be copies.

I emailed IVManilaReplies@state.gov stating that i did not want to pursue the US citizenship claim and wanted to proceed with the K2 process. apparently, it takes about 5 business days to get a reply. hopefully, they can email me the certification or attach this certification to my fiance's file at the embassy. crossing my fingers on this because the call center rep i talked to would not transfer me to a vice consul and said i needed to email only.

As a back-up plan, I would get all of the CRBA and passport requirements ready and check for cancellations for CRBA appointments. I made my sons' appointments last January for July 1 and 3, but I know there will be some cancellations showing up from time to time. Keep that in mind as you go forward.

how about the bank statement? the one that my fiance sent me was his bank statement last march 17 since he was here in the philippines march-may 2014. and he's in US now.is that valid?

He can still send you all of the bank statements from Jan 2014 until may 2014 even thou he was in the phil for a bit...just explain he was in phil during that time if they ask... he can email this to you to make it easier and cheaper

It wouldn't be a bad idea for your fiancé to send you bank statements from 2013. You can never have enough evidence. The more you have the better and easier the interview.

GUYS.......do you have any news if SLEC will be open on MANILA DAY which will be on june 26. and oh, btw, when i pre-register online for med exam, there is a pop up there that there will be a 20% discount for medical exam..how true is this? any updates VJ family?.......thank you

I think they will have 20% discount for those people who lived in area/s affected by yolanda(super typhoon) and the earthquake something like that..

Normal clinic operations resume Wednesday, June 25, 2014.

St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic - Global City is not included in this announcement, and will be open for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand visa applicants.
