I was reading online and for form i-485 part 2 : I am applying for adujstment of status because ... :

I selected B : My spouse or parents applied for adjustement of status

Im seeing that people checked answer A

Am I wrong ? If I am, what can I do to communicate with USCIS for the correction?

Are you filing concurrently? (I-130+I-485).

If so, you needed to check the A option.

Yes, I filed i130/i485/i131

Yeah, you needed to check option "A". You are applying based on your spouse (USC), the B option is available if your spouse applied for AOS or was granted permanent residence in a immigrant visa category that allows his derivates to get it too (Spouse, Children)

Because they will see on Part 3 : Processing information, List your present spouse ... and it says country of birth of Spouse : USA

I'm not really sure what happens in this scenario, I believe they will send the package back to you if the form is wrong. Or they will send you a RFE regarding a new I-485. I can't say for sure. I'm sure it's not the first time someone makes a mistake on a form.

Hopefully they do it that way, I am not freaking out because I filled concurrently so they will see easily that my spouse is a born USC but I just hope it doesn't delay ...

Yeah it happens, people forget to reply sometimes haha. But hey, you sent a cover letter right? saying that you are filing concurrently etc etc.. It's pretty obvious, I'm sure they can just "tick" another box :thumbs:
