Hi All,

My fiancee and I got married and we are gathering documents to send with the form I-485 for Adjustment of status for a K-1 Visa. I would like to know if my wife has to do again the Medical examination and Vaccinations in the US by a civil surgeon.
When my wife was in Moscow, she did a medical examination prior the interview. She asked for a copy (they gave her a xerox copy, not a certified copy). The copy says DS-2054 on the bottom left corner and the letterhead says "U.S Department of State Medical examination for immigrant or refugee applicant".
Does she has to do Medical examination or just the vaccination by a civil surgeon?
Is the copy good enought to send with the I-485 or we definitely need the I-693 filled by a civil surgeon?
Thank you,

If the overseas examination took place within 1 year of your AOS submission, no need for new exam.

If all vaccination rows in the DS 2035 were checked as either complete or not age appropriate, you don't need CS at all.

Remember that USCIS gets the original DS 2035 in the brown envelope you brought over.
