Hello,

Wondering if anyone else has gotten their interview letter for this upcoming month?

My PD is 22MAR07

Category F1 ROW

Assuming my PD becomes current in the July 14 VB, will I be getting a letter soon? Do I/L's go out prior to the PD becoming current, or will I have to wait until after the VB comes out to get my I/L?

Anyone else who is coming current in July VB gotten their letters yet?

Thank you

Interview letters (I/L) are given out before DOS releases the latest Visa Bulletin.

F2A beneficiaries have already received interview letters (since yesterday), you can expect your I/L this week up to first week of June. Interview will be in July.

Keep checking your email... and your petitioner's email as well. Good luck!

We've been holding off on calling the NVC since we don't know for sure whether or not my PD is current. If the bulletin comes out and date is indeed current, then we will call (I think this is probably the best bet as the NVC might not have scheduled the interview yet).

There is a possibility that the F1 category may not have moved... We missed it by one day last month... very frustrating.

Thoughts?

Thanks for the timely responses. Cheers

Predictions show movement for F1. It's only the F2A category that's predicted for zero movement.

Also a side note: CEAC says my case is still "At NVC", not sure if that means anything

It will stay that way until they send you the I/L.

A few days after you receive I/L, it will change to "in transit" meaning its on its way to the embassy. Once embassy receives it, status will change to "ready".

Walfredo 2 people have receieved theirs in the F1 thread. Pds March 30 and March 27. You may need to call the NVC for yours. Mine is April 6 and it seems it would be a one week movement as they said no visa available for me. Really dissappointing but what can one do.

THANK YOU, this is what I was hoping to find out. Can you link the thread please?

CEAC will not give you an update regarding Affidavit of Support or IV package. It will continue to show "at NVC" as long as your case still with NVC.

If you want real-time update about your case, call NVC.
