US Citizen bringing mother to the US but no longer living in the US

I am a US citizen and last year I filed the petition (I-130) to bring my mother to the US. Petition is approved and now she is waiting for the embassy to call her for the interview. However, now I no longer live in the US. Is this going to cause problems for my mother during the interview? I still have a permanent residence in the US where my aunt (mother's sister), lives, so the plan is for my mother to go live there until I return to the US as well next year.

But I am not sure how this affects the case since I'm the petitioner but no longer living in the US. Anyone have had this experience? Any tips or suggestions?

Family immigration is for family unification, so if you don't live in the US there is no need, from an immigration standpoint, for her to go there.

Domicile is something required for the I-864.

but if yes - you might want to rethink the calendar a bit.
