Hi again,

I received 3 emails and 3 text messages last night that my case was accepted and routed to USCIS National Benefit Center, does anyone know if this a standard process? I've noticed that not everyone is sent to NBC right from the beginning, is this a good or not so good sign? What should I expect now that my case will be handled there?

That's perfectly normal. Mine was sent there first. The EAD and AP are processed there, the i485 goes to your local office with the i130 once you've been scheduled for interview. At least I think that's how it works? I wouldn't worry though. Most peoples cases seem to be moving fairly swiftly so try not to stress.

Thank you for your response. The status of my case is : I-485 "Acceptance" , I-130 and I-765 "Initial Review"

Yeah, it was same with us. We got the three texts, the three emails and it was moving like tornado, man! Oh and it was also through the NBC. All the best, it'll be quick.
