G-325A question

I didn't realize that we needed 4 copies of the G-325A form signed by each of us for the I129 form as well as the I130 form. I thought it was just for the I130 so I had my husband sign only 4 copies. Can I just send in copies of these or does his signature have to be an original for each....i.e. do I need a total of 8 originals with his signature, 4 for each form?

Did you receive a NOA1 yet for the I-129F?

I haven't sent the I130 yet. I'll be able to send it the beginning of next week when my husband is done getting the translation of the marriage certificate and then getting it authenticated at the us embassy in cairo. Nothing is easy over there.

So that means I have to wait for him to sign four more documents.........I wonder if I should just practice his signature instead.

Heh.

But yeah, get him to sign another full set of pages for the G-325A. One set for I-130 and one set for I-129F.
