hi there,

my daughter was born in Manila in November 2012 out of wedlock. i want to do the CRBA but do i have to be present at the US Embassy in Manila? is there a way that my fiance (our daughter's mother) can bring our daughter to the US Embassy with all of the required paperwork and proof. I'm here in Los Angeles and was hoping that i could somehow get this done w/out having to travel to Manila. Is this even possible?
