We have a baby and not married yet which is easier and fastest way: k-1 or k-3?

It makes no difference what type of visa he was granted upon entering the country. He must also prove his intent to Domicile in the U.S.

Thank u so much for ur responses. Now I think we know which path to take. Hopefully they will accept our application for DCF. For now we are going to start processing our marriage before our little bundle of happiness arrives. We are so excited and happy. Again, thank u so much. I wil contact again if ever I have questions. I hope u wil still be around. :)
