Hi people, I'm an Indian Muslim and she's american christian, first we met in 2012 on internet then we met in in real on april 2012, and we going to meet again in june 2014 (she will come to india) and after we meet and spend a couple of dayd together she will leave back to US, and i plan to go to Saudi arabia for work, so my question is can she apply for a fiancee visa from US even if I'm not in my home country (India) ? Can i go to the interview etc there in Saudi arabia? Will i have to go back to my home country for anything regarding this k1 visa process? Or do i need stay in my home country untill the k1 visa process completes? Thanks in advance

If you will be legally residing in Saudi Arabia, then you can apply for the K-1 visa and interview there. List the address you will live at in Saudi Arabia on the I-129F and list the consulate there as the place you will apply.
