Need some advice

We have NVC complete today and waiting for the interview date . My wife is pregnant and due end of June or first week of July . We will not make the first interview date and will have to make another date due to the birth . My main concerns are with the medical at St. Lukes . When would be a proper time to do the medical after the birth ? I was thinking about 4-6 weeks should be OK . She also has had 1 prior exam over a year ago where she failed the sputum test and had to wait the extra months . She returned and past the exam after the 2 months . We want to do the medical early incase of this happening again .

So if anyone has some advice about the prior Sputum or medical after giving birth would be great

If you want a large enough time buffer to do sputum without losing the interview date, you need at least 2 months.
