Hello guys,

I am sure you all receive lotssss of credit card offers, insurance offers, etc. Do you think this can be used as a form of evidence when preparing the ROC package?

well i don't think so,because these offers keep on coming even if you change address.

I still get offers at previous resident names who lived at my apartment before.

These offers usually start with ' "name" or current resident'.

Its better to provide real mails received at home no matter if they are addressed individually.

I think that having mail from family addressed to both of you have a better validity than junk mail. Your bank account or both of you driver's license shows that you are under the same address.

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

Thank you for your opinions. I was just wondering because we get so much credit card offers etc. But at this point this is our evidence... let me know what you guys think.

- 44 pictures showing our ongoing relationship

- Phone Bills

- Joint Savings, Checking and Credit Card statements

- Joint Tax Returns (transcripts)

- 401K Beneficiary Info

- 2 automobile sales w/ both names

- Furniture receipts w/ both names

- Utility bills w/ both names

- Health insurance cards

- Vacation itinery's

- 3 affidavits

- letter from bank showing that we maintain accounts together

- marriage certificate

- copy of drivers license showing joint residence

- copy of w2's showing joint residence

His employer actually wrote a letter stating how valuable he is to the company... I was going to include it but I am not sure if its necessary. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.
