EAD - Processing Time

My application for AOS/Green Card was made on the 22nd of April and had my Bio metrics today the 29th of May. Anyone know how long it takes for them to issue an EAD? I was hoping to have it in 60 days? Would love to hear your experiences on how long it took you to get the EAD?

EAD is a fairly quick process my hubby got his card in 65 days

65 days and no sign of the EAD. I am scheduled to start my new job on the 15th of July and I am really nervous I may not get the EAD before that. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process or I just have to wait it out..

Mine was approved on the 71st day and I received my EAD/AP card on the 80th day. This is from date of filing. Some were lucky to get theirs before the 70th day though, so maybe yours won't take long now.

July 15 might be cutting it close. Is your job flexible with your start date? (Are they aware that you're waiting on your EAD?)

My husband received his EAD in 62 days, but ours was expedited. Without that, we were looking at the EAD arriving some time in mid-July.

If you fill out your timeline in VisaJourney, it will tell you roughly when you should expect to receive movement on your EAD. (Ours showed some time at the end of June/beginning of July, meaning a mid-July having in hand date.)

USCIS website suggests that if you don't receive EAD approval after 75 days from the priority date, you can make a service request. I did on my 76 days (yesterday) and my EAD is approved today.

Wait another ten days if you don't hear from them, you can call and put in a request.

Thanks every one for your answers. My job said they can wait till 1st of August but I would rather start early.

I did have one more question, can I request them to expedite my EAD at this stage ?
