Question...what does the USCIS do? It seems like they just reroute it to NVC...it would be so much faster to send it straight to NVC?

Before an intending immigrant can apply for a Visa, a Petition must first be submitted to the USCIS. A petition is to prove a petitioner's intent, right, and ability to help somebody work or live in the US. The peition must be approved by USCIS before a Visa application with the NVC could start.

Hello everyone, my Grandmom is about to file her I-130 petition as she overstayed her visa and wants to be able to travel back and forth from US and her home country legally. Since all your applications were expedited can you please guide me on how I should fasten the process? I will appreciate it if you can let me know how I can expedite if so she can travel legally ASAP! Thanks
