Sup party people? The wife and I are in Seoul and just finished eating some BBQ. She now in one of the 8 million face shops and I'm out trying to get MERS. Super nice temp here, like 70s or so but it looks like it's gonna be hotter over the next few days. Leaving here to go to Hong Kong Tuesday which will be dreadfully hot. Not to work, I'm certain it will not slow my wife's plan to add 10 pounds to me before the end of the vaca.

I've noticed there's a vast shortage of "city runners" here. Used to seeing them everywhere in the U.S. Guess no one's fat enough to have to subject themselves to such a horrid pastime. Oh well, beer/chicken fixes all

Unfortunately I will be on my way back to the states on the 4th. I don't think I've celebrated the 4th in the U.S. Since I met my wife. Canada, Hong Kong, and now on a plane.

Oh I see it. Chinese expansionism strikes again! Speaking of that, we arrived in Hong Kong a couple days ago and have commenced the fattening. I had so many Shanghai style soup dumplings last night I felt gross. Those things are a bite of heaven.

Yes Xiaolongbao are very delicious but also very dangerous; as the soup approaches the same temperature as the sun it can spray everywhere when the novice eater takes their first bite.

They make some so big they come with a straw
