what? did exExpat get the boot or leave?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Just changed the drive belt and adjusted the track on my Nordic Track last weekend, amazing how smooth and quiet it is now.

The new recumbent bike is working out well too.

My Nordic Track is running so smoothly I don't dare use it and screw it all up.

I use a rowing machine, picked up at a University on the eastern seaboard (they have rowing crews and offer scholarships for crew and skulling) . it's old, requires greasing sometimes, but man it mimics 'being in the boat' 100 percent, save for the wind whipping through my hair.

I've been using it these last 6 months, it works all ALL of my muscles. I envy you - I cannot run at the moment. swim is ok. run, no can do.

Running is really all I do. I'm gearing up for a half marathon now (my first) so the miles are getting higher and higher. I'm following the schedule to meet my under two hour goal but it's hard. All the training has me running really really slow. I'm not used to it and I don't know how my 10:27 practice pace is going to translate to a 8:55 race day pace. But you know, they have theses schedules for a reason. I guess worst case is I'm slower than I wanted to be. Getting into 4 day workout weeks now. And it sucks. And I cannot stress enough how much I hate the treadmill. I love being outside and it seems much easier. Oh well, I guess I'll keep catching up on breaking bad.
