Had to revise a three day notice five times, because I kept missing typos. Forgot I'd mailed out a letter on Friday, and freaked out that I hadn't sent it. I didn't even realise I had sent it when I got an email from Fedex confirming it had been delivered. Fluffed a filing of a stipulation. When my boss said he was going to a hearing at one court, I second-guessed myself and confirmed it was at that court, even though I really should have known it was taking place on the other side of the city.
