Not telling! Can't even describe the event because it could be found. But someone recognized my husband in it; it's just so bizarre, and I don't like it.

A first, he told the guy "Yeah, I am used to the Chris O'Dowd jokes, but that's not me." But then it is really him.

You need to talk to the host. If he knew that someone would be filming and using that film for commercial purposes, he should have let everyone know before they entered the party. Start there. I mean, it's pretty weird to hear from a coworker that they went to the movies and saw you in a film you never knew you were in, right? The film is commercial, and in theatres.
