Hey losers! What are the plans for Thanksgiving? I'll be with Mr U and his insane family again, which means kimchi, whiskey, arm-wrestling and 80s video games.

Dreaming of a Turkey sammich with stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce (LOTS of mayo). I really miss ho-made mac-n-cheese recently, I'm gonna buy an oven soon and cook it up which means a trip to the expensive grocery store to buy overpriced but delicious cheese from Wisconsin!

Thanks Mave now I'm hungry.

You don't need an oven, just a ho.

Tomorrow's the big day, right? Best wishes for a speedy and safe delivery, a healthy baby, and sleep for all involved.

Oh, and I forgot to mention for the benefit of the old-timers, I am meeting up with mox, former thorn in the side to several ex-RUB dudes, next week. I keep trying to get him to come back to VJ but now that his foils have all split, there's little draw for him. :( I can report that he and his wife are still together and happy as clams.

Thats good news. The last time I talked to him something weird had happened and they had dropped the K1 route.

The correct thing to drink is bourbon. You throw that whiskey junk in the trash. Goooooo Kentucky!!!

This is what I have been drinking lately.

This is what you should be drinking

Pappy20wbag.jpg

A guy I work with waited in line to get one of these and a 12 year bottle. The 20 year above was $133 which he turned around and sold for $800. Friend prices apparently since he normally makes a little over $1k

FWIW, despite my taste for finer things, I usually end up drinking this:

alcohol12f-2-web.jpg

Cheap..... Lower calories....... works. I've honed my drinking method so perfectly for 4% alcohol beer that if I substituted liquor, I'd probably die.

IPA's are my favorite. Dogfish head 90 min, three Floyds zombie dust, flying dog snake dog, or lagunitas lil sumthin are all awesome. But they're a million calories, a million dollars, and 7 % alcohol. I guess that last bit is a good thing until the next morning.
