Hi everyone! Kit and I are about to send out the AOS package in a couple days and want to make sure we aren’t missing anything. I’m pretty sure we have it all, but would appreciate a few extra eyes to make sure we’re not forgetting anything obvious.

Here’s what we’ve got:

Check for 1070

Six passport photos of Kit (two each for i-485, i-765, i-131)

G-1145

I-485

Copy of Kit’s birth certificate

Copy of her previous passport

Copy of K-1 Visa in her previous passport

Copy of entry stamp in her current passport

Copy of Current passport

Copy of DS-3025 and copy of instructions stating she is not required to have another medical examination

G-325a for Kit

I-864 Affidavit of Support

Copy of my birth certificate to show US citizenship

Tax transcripts for 2011 and 2012 (still waiting on 2013)

Letter from my employer and most recent pay stubs

Copy of I-797 for approved I-129f

Certified copy of marriage certificate

Copy of I-94

I-765 package (g-1145, i-765, and copy of passport)

I-131 package (g-1145, i-131, copy of passport, copy of visa)

I think the only thing missing is the most recent transcript, which should be in the mail soon. I know I can go print it out online, but have been having trouble with the website not accepting any of the many addresses I’ve lived at in the past year.

Once we have that and adjust the I-864, we should be good... unless... we’ve missed something :s

Is there anything we’re leaving out?

Thanks for your help!

Don't see anything left out, but you do not need to prove your citizenship with the I-864, so you can remove your birth certificate. You already proved your citizenship with the I-129F. Only a joint sponsor needs to supply proof of being a USC or LPR.

Soon as you get your most recent tax transcript, it looks like you are good to go. I wish you guys a speedy approval!
