Hello Everyone! First, let me say THANK SO MUCH To you ALL for the support and Help that we have received so far on our Journey!

I posted a question a few days ago....about being able to count Child Support in with my present Income. Which I can do! But....My First Question is....

My Ex-Husband and I have "joint Custody", (with me having Primary Physical Custody) of our 2 Children.....So....On the I-134 support form where it ask: Are these dependents totally dependent on me or partially....I should answer "partially"????

And.....My next Question.... Since We are not quiet meeting the 125% Poverty Level for 4 people in My household (counting My Immigrating Hubby).... and My Children are just Partially dependent on Me...Will that bring the amount DOWN that I have to earn to make it???? :help:

Thanks Once again to EVERYONE HERE!!!! This site is AWESOME! & Good Luck to Everyone waiting!!! Our Prayers are with You ALL! :)

Ive pondered the significance of the partially/totally question myself...... the conclusion Ive come to is that by answering partially dependent you're implying that another person assists in their support (ie child support) and if you answer totally it would imply there is no there source of support.
