Restricting what you listen to, read or watch in films based on whether you approve of the person who created the art or literature is a strange thing to do. You are not approving of their personal behaviour just because you listen to a song, read a book or watch a film. I have to compare this to the churches who burn books, it's shortsighted and misguided to believe that people who like art that is produced by people who have less than perfect personal lives means that they approve of any of the personal behaviours and yes, the world would be an extremely impoverished place artistically if we start do to that.

But, I would be enabling the person to continue their life style by supporting their works.

If people stopped supporting R.Kelly, maybe he would run out of money because he would become a nothing. Then, the next time he rapes and molests some girl, they will throw the book at him. The U.S. is all about money. Money determines someone's innocence or guilty, not their actions.

Just like the Dupont heir who didn't go to jail, money.
