A child cannot waiver a parent who overstayed, misrep,or missed immigration hearings

A child can waiver a parent due to CIMT (if 15 yrs have passed since doing time or deported)

Go to the interview, if DOS (embassy) says U can be waivered and give U 221G its a start)

No one here knows the ins & outs of your case, most don't tell all here, but I'd say no more

money to the atty until after interview....if they deny U a 221G ...pay him then to file an

"Advisory Opinion" with Washington as this sounds iffy (This can only be file by an atty)

I do believe non-show to an immigration hearing is a lifetime ban unless you can show & prove

good reason for not showing like medical, not receiving notice to appear....Long uphill battle

So I reread U have no misrep, but U messed up yourself by not going to court U will be

questioned about that s lot be truthful
