Good evening! I have a few revisions on my DS-160... Is it okay to ask the consul or the officer to edit some parts of the said form?

Yes. If it is not too involved they will make changes. If you have numerous  why not complete a new DS-160 and bring the new confirmation page to the interview.

Nope, won't confuse anyone as it tied to the confirmation page you bring to the interview. Toss the current confirmation page, complete a new DS-160 then bring the new confirmation page to the interview... no issues.

You bring the new confirmation page to the interview and THAT is the DS-160 they will look at, the old one is history.

I agree with Hank. I made a couple of typos on my DS-160 when I applied last year for a tourist visa and I just created a new one and discarded the first one I made.
