Received RFE and on I-751 and forgot some documents

Hello Everyone,

Its been awhile since we have been on VJ. I made MAJOR BLUNDERS which defy logic and commons sense, (both which diminish with age by the way). We received an RFE during the process to remove conditions on my wife's green card. The request was for

- Bank Statements showing comingling of finances for the entire time period my wife has been here.

- Missing W2 forms for 2011 and 2012

- Evidence of residence.

1. I could not add my wife to the bank account until we received her temporary green card. I sent in statements that reflect 2 years back.

2. the W-2 I had and sent back

3. Evidence of residence.

K-1 Visa

Comments : She recived the first notice from Manila on Valentines day. Perfect timing.

The first setback came during the medical. Naty had to do the 3 day sputum and then we waited 2 months for the results. YESSSS>came back negative

Went for her interview on July 16th and received her Pink Slip......Finally. Paid the AIR21 and I expect her here August 10th, 2009. Marriage will be August 21st, exactly 4 years to the day that we first met.

The communuity we live in provided a notirzed statement by the property manager confirming that Naty has resided here since 2009 with me. I also included 6 personal references including a leader from our church and nighbors that know us. What we forgot to put into the envelope was several documents showing Naty as the addressee. I know it is perhaps futile to try and send in the missing documents. What should we expect?

1. Statement from leasing office will be helpful.

2. Go online and order tax transcript so you don't have to get all W2s which are clumsy. No you can print tax transcript in just minutes.

3. You explain on your headletter why you can't have her on your account.

That is tough... it all depends who is reviewing your package...

I sent in bank statements 3 month back

No W2 for my tax returns

Copy of her drivers license

You can add names to bank accounts or open no-interest accounts at most national banks with a foreign passport. (done it with Wells Fargo and Bank of America in CA)
