Hello.Here's my situation.We got expedite request approved at NVC stage,and now we are waiting for interview date to be scheduled at US embassy.NVC sent our documentation on 2015-05-20 and embassy received it on 2014-05-22.Two days ago we received package 3 requesting all stuff needed for IV and AOS package,so this morning i called embassy to see what exactly do i need to bring at interview.Embassy operator told me i have to bring all those stuff with me on the interview,to make new i-864 form,DS-260 form and all supporting docs such as tax trns, and org marriage cert,birth cert.(all the stuff i've already sent at NVC).We don't have tax documentation because we have already sent them originals.Is it possible that NVC really didn't sent our complete documentation to the embassy.What should we do???PLEASE HELP US :(

i dont know about yout tax returns, but what was the reason you expedited your applications ?

Natural disaster -massive floods hit my country and i was evacuated from my house :(

You can get tax transcripts same day if you go to IRS. You could take a chance and pray NVC forwarded them all to embassy which I am sure they did. Or have a duplicate. So you made no copies of anything?

Did you call NVC to verify tat they sent everything. If they did just go to interview hope for the best I guess.

My husband called NVC like one hour ago,they told him they have send all papers to the embassy.After that he called embassy and they told him we need to do new AOS & IV docs. and i should bring them with me at the interview.I'll call embassy tomorrow again,if papers are sent form NVC to embassy ,and embassy doesn't have them -where are our papers??

IRS tax transcripts are available online - or, he can go to his local IRS office and get them there. He can complete another AOS and send copies of supporting documents to you via fedex/ups...

Guys embassy found our docs i'm sooooo happy, THANK YOU GOD ! I need to get my medical done and that's it,after that i will get my interview date! Thank you all for your support ! God bless you all ! :goofy:
