My husband enters the USA with a K-1 visa and we already got married and we applied for WED and AP and we received it both them. Now he want to go to Egypt for one month. So haw can he do this, 1. Does he need to renew his visa that's on his passport?

2. Does he can exist and enter USA with AP card or there any thing he have to do?

We are so confused about this situation, so any answer will help.

And one more this what is LPR and what does it do for AP.

I mean EAD

the k1 is a single use visa, there is no renewing it, the moment he entered the country it expired. before your husband can leave the country he must have AP, no way around it, he will not be allowed back into the US without it. If he doesn't have AP before leaving and tries to return they will deny his entry then you will have to refile for a cr1 and start the process from the beginning with him in Egypt.

YOur husband can leave and re-enter as long as he has his EAD/AP (I assume he has the combined card like I do). Make sure he takes it with him and produces it upon re-entry.

I assume you've also applied for AOS at the same time... This will give him a greencard to stay for 2 years, initially.

don't leave the us now. wait until you receive your permanent card LPR.first that's the only way you can leave the usa and return back to the usa

This is not correct, you can leave and return while AOS is pending with AP.

Most people apply for their EAD and AP at the same time as AOS and receive a combined EAD/AP card giving permissions to work and travel until the GC is received.
