Hello,

I haved filed a I-130 for my spouse and it is currently in the NVC stage. Before we continue with tha tho I have some questions. We had a child just recently. I have read that I will have to apply for a seperate visa for him. I am current military is there a different form i may file for expedited service or am i to request this at the USIC office? Thank You. Also is it possible for both of them to come at the same time or do i have to time it perfectly. Sorry this sounds stupid. Thank You again.

If you're a US citizen, your child may derive US citizenship too. You must file a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) at the US Embassy in your wife's home country.

Welcome to the forum.

Congrats on the birth of your child!

There is likely no visa for the newborn child. He should be entitled to a US Passport, if you are a USC. A different process than for your spouse.
