Sad to say, but our relationship didn't work.. :(

We got married last April. We already sent the i-485 packet and he already did the biometrics. We're just waiting for the interview for the green card. I am the petitioner. What can I do to withdraw the aos?

And which form do I need to withdraw? Is it the I-485 or the affidavit of support?

And can someone give me a sample of withdrawal letter because I don't have any idea how to make one.

Thanks guys!

You can't do anything to the I-485, that is his responsibility but you can withdraw the I-864, which would result in the I-485 being denied and the best way to do that is in person with an InfoPass appointment with a simple letter detailing that the marriage didn't work and you wish to withdraw your I-864 - affidavit of support.

You can also make a request to withdraw the I-864 and the I-129F.

Sorry to know that your recent marriage has not worked out.
