April 25, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed

April 28, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail.

May 23, 2014 - RFE received in mail.

June 5, 2014 - Response to RFE Sent

June 11, 2014 - NOA2 Approval via website!!!

June 14, 2014 - NOA2 received in mail.

June 24, 2014 - NVC Case # via phone!

June 25, 2014 - NVC forwarded case to Embassy

June 26, 2014 - Embassy received case.

June 26, 2014 - NVC letter in mail.

August 4-5, 2014 - Medical

Hey guys, I just got to know that our I-129F was approved on August 5th, 2014 (yesterday)!! CSC, 67 days since NOA1, no RFE's!! I'm BEYOND happy!!

Thanks for the info! May I ask you where did you read this about the DACA renewals? Do you know when was the last time CSC got these and on average how many months did the delays last? So it means now

Calm down folks. This is why, I believe it was suggested earlier for the TSC folks to move to the TSC section. Many were getting very frustrated leading to not-too-friendly exchanges. I don't believe

Yes, but we sent the 1-129F on June.4th. Most people on here, received the NOA1 notice (text/email) by 2-3 weeks. Its now been 1 month.

Just be patient and keep your head up. Your time will come sooner than you think! :D

why it took so long for your NOA1,? It's been a month right? Maybe there are some who are same as you here, wait for their response if what could be the possible thing you can do for now.Just be patience:)

Hello guys! I have a queston.

Im a June filer too. But it confused me about where your petition will end up. So we send the package petition to Texas locked box then after that, they will forward it to TSC or CSC right? How did you know that your papers ended up to TSC or CSC? If you are from Florida, where is your file supposed to be processed? Thanks in advance! And good luck to all of us! :D

June 15: They receieved it.

June 19: Received an email for NOA1

June 20: Alien Registration # changed.

Hey,

In the notification you get after NOA1, you are being told where they sent your file. If you apply from Florida, it should be sent to TSC. It is also mentioned in your e-mail (or should be), the one you got on the 19th of June. Good luck! :)

That is not good.... did you send the packet using some form of trackable courier? If so.. call them and find out what happened to the package!

06-19-14 I-129F packet sent to Lewisville Lockbox (USPS overnight) 01-05-15 I-485 (AOS/EAD/AP) package mailed out

06-20-14 USPS messed up, and had to re-route! 01-12-15 NOA text/email received for AOS/EAD/AP

06-23-14 I-129F packet received at Lockbox 02-03-15 Biometrics (Indianapolis)

06-23-14 NOA1 Notice Date (routed to CSC, yay!) 04-07-15 EAD and AP approved, card ordered

06-25-14 NOA1 text/email received 04-14-15 EAD/AP Combo Card received by certified mail.

Sent via USPS. Tracking shows it was received. We sent it to the PO Box.

Starting to consider refiling, I mean what would be bad with doing that?

Just checked the USCIS website and our 129-f has been approved by CSC!!! (just under a month from when i filed) I haven't received anything by mail yet, but I assume since it was an approval I should be getting my NOA-2 hard copy by mail soon! Thanks to everyone on visa journey for your help up until now. Wishing everyone here fast approvals!

Now to figure out what happens now.... ??? Just more waiting?

What does it say on the USCIS website (my case status)? is the Decision bubble dark blue? If so, your NOA 2 has been approved and now they will file the documents to NVC (National Visa center). You'll get a notification on the mail with the NOA 2 hardcopy. Make sure you take good care of it since you are going to need it in the future! :) Congrats for the NOA 2! Things will go a little bit smoother now! :)

I'm also a June filler. Our dates so far look like this:

  • I-129F Sent: 06-12-2014
  • Acceptance Confirmation E-Mail and Routed to CSC: 06-19-2014
  • Alien Registration Number Changed: 06-24-2014

20 days so far from NOA 1 and counting. Hoping for a smooth journey and a fast NOA 2 approval.

Check with your courier cause the NOA1 doesn't take long if it takes long is 1 week.
