How thus expedite service work? and how much is it? I'm just curious.

you dnt pay to expedite your case you just call them and they them the reason why you want your case expedited and it should fall under the expedition guidelines There are other reasons, other than military.

All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and are granted at the discretion of the Director. The criteria are as follows:

•Severe financial loss to company or individual

•Extreme emergent situation

•Humanitarian situation

•Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

•Department of Defense of National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

•USCIS error

•Compelling interest of USCIS .

It doesn't hurt to try though

I would be very careful and cautious about requesting an expedite. I have heard many say "just try, you have nothing to lose." I don't agree with that. I would not request an expedite unless you really have an emergency situation. USCIS will not move your case ahead of another unless for a worthy cause. Your emergency should be unique to you and not a common problem. If you make an inappropriate request for expeditious handling of your petition, this could result in added delays. A USCIS officer will normally pull your file, make a determination to deny your request. if no real emergency exists, and most probably return your case back to the end of the line, thereby slowing your case. So some may get lucky and get approved for expedite when no real emergency exist (most likely misrepresented their situation to USCIS), I would be very careful that I only pursue an expedite for good and worthy cause. Besides, it's folks who misrepresent themselves to USCIS who create the problems for the rest of us, because now we all have to be treated with caution. If everyone was honest, it would not matter it you were CSC or TSC, we would all be breezing through. Let's do our part and be honest, and just pray for patience. I'm not suggesting anyone here is being dishonest. Just telling it like it is.

Its nt about being dishonest if you have a concern that you want them to expedite your case you can request it that's why I said it doesn't hurt to try as long as you have prove for it also mine my fiancée is sick and his doctor proved it which is an acceptable excuse they process it normally ,if they see dishonesty in your case that's when they will hold your case for that ,anyways other people get approved in 7 days some 250 days some in 14 days its just the luck that each one of us.Good luck

yes and hopefully we're one of those lucky people who get approval quickly. Wish me:) lol. Patience is a virtue though, thats what we all need in these situation that at the back of the rainbow is a pot of gold. Just saying., i want to be positive and disregard others timeline. It depresses me reading some of the topic especially from CSC filers who got approval in 23 days??.WOW. such a big difference of time while TSC has to take 5 months or more to give an approval.

Hello everybody,

We sent our I-129F on June 4th, got our NOA1 via e-mail and text on June 12 (check cashed), and NOA1 hardcopy on June 16th.

Our alien registration number change same day, on June 16th and since then we are waiting for some news.

I'm concern because we sent everything they asked for, passport fotos, passport stamps with the dates we've seen each other (for 4 years), pictures during all those years, the I-129f form, the two g-325 forms, his births certificate, plane tickets and a letter of intent originally signed by him (petitioner) but we didn't sent one from me because when we read the documentation required it didn't specifically said to sent one from each… will we get a RFE for that? is it possible to get approval without it? and what exactly means that the alien registration number was changed? I've read a little and some people say is a good sign.

My case is being processed in the california service center.

Can somebody help me with this questions? Thank you very much! :)

You will probably get a RFE cause the requirement state that both the petitioner and benefiacry must provide their intent to marry so you shld probably receive one .
