Thanks for answering me But we havent received anything yet, we dont even know if USCIS got our mail or not..the timeline i have now is June 10 papers sent out, and thats it... the post office told us the mail would arrive on June 12th. but since we dont get any notification, we dont even know if they got out mail or not...

Get your tracking Number and check it on UPS.COM then you will see if it was recieved otherwise ,you justy have to wait and be patient if they dnt accept it they will send it to you,if they do they will send you a receipt .

Also, I'm wondering, where will they sent the NOA1 hardcopy to? To my fiance( in the states) or to me(Taiwan)?

They will send to the United State One cause which is where the Petitioner reside.

FedEx delivered my i129f to the Texas Service Center on June 11th and I got my NOA 1 email on June 16th. My application was transferred to the California Service Center, although I don't know why.

you right its a waiting game ,anyways I live 2 hours away from the office and you live thousands miles away that could be the reason why you haven't received your hardcopy just yet.

Your petition was routed to CSC...not transferred. Everyone sends their packages to the Texas Lock Box (not the Texas Service Center) and it is then routed to the center that handles the petitioners home of residence (in his case Washington State).

Please correct your timeline to reflect the CSC and NO for transferred as it really screws up TSC timeline estimates. Thanks in advance and congrats on your future early approval.

Your petition was routed to CSC...not transferred. Everyone sends their packages to the Texas Lock Box (not the Texas Service Center) and it is then routed to the center that handles the petitioners home of residence (in his case Washington State).

Please correct your timeline to reflect the CSC and NO for transferred as it really screws up TSC timeline estimates. Thanks in advance and congrats on your future early approval.

The tracking number is on the receipt given when you paid for the shipping.

I am at TSC which is 5 months (or more) processing time so technically there is no delay. I am within a normal time frame.
