My Fiance and I are sending our application tomorow 05/29/2014 ,any filers lets support each other.

I am filling th i-129F form, my question is do i send everything with the form or the form by itself with the money order???

I have a question... do you guys fill in the form G-1145 2h3n you're preparing for the papers?
I didnt know the form G-1145, therefore, we got no notice from text or email
Will it affect our file progess? Is there any other way to know when USCIS got out papers and working on it?

Btw, we sent out papers on June 10th.

Everyone sends to the Texas lock box (this is NOT TSC) and then it gets routed to the appropriate center for processing. Yours will (should) get routed to CSC being from Hayward. If you fill in a timeline, please make sure to make CSC the center and NO for transferred. Thanks and good luck.

you have to send the application ,money order and all supporting documents together.

It doesnt matter will still get notified by mail ,once you receive your receipt number you can sign up online online and you will be notified by email and tex

you right its a waiting game ,anyways I live 2 hours away from the office and you live thousands miles away that could be the reason why you haven't received your hardcopy just yet.

Thanks for answering me But we havent received anything yet, we dont even know if USCIS got our mail or not..the timeline i have now is June 10 papers sent out, and thats it... the post office told us the mail would arrive on June 12th. but since we dont get any notification, we dont even know if they got out mail or not...

Also, I'm wondering, where will they sent the NOA1 hardcopy to? To my fiance( in the states) or to me(Taiwan)?

FedEx delivered my i129f to the Texas Service Center on June 11th and I got my NOA 1 email on June 16th. My application was transferred to the California Service Center, although I don't know why.
