Finally......after 149 days and an RFE.....petition approved.....NOA2 is on its way...I hope you other June filers are finally getting your approvals as well.

5/27/2014..............Sent off petition

5/31/2014..............USCIS recieves Petition

6/04/2014..............$340.00 check cleared

6/04/2014..............Recieved USCIS Acceptance confirmation via email

6/09/2014..............Recieved 1st NOA via U.S. mail(Form I-797C)

6/10/2014..............Alien Registration Number Changed

9/29/2014..............RFE mailed via USCIS website notification

10/24/2014.............RFE response recieved by USCIS

10/31/2014.............I129F approval mailed per website notification (NOA2)

Thanks for your wish, I thing I am the only one remain from June filers who doesn't received NOA2, i have seen a lot of July and September filers received their NOA2. I am not sure if they are non- philipino or for those who got qualified expedite for whatever reasons.

More progress for us...

Our approved I-129f packet is en-route to US Embassy Bangkok...it left NVC Monday November 3rd...

NVC website shows message "In Transit" to Consulate

Bangkok should receive end of this week...

Just maybe ....Packet 3 will be mailed by end of the following week...

Keep the faith...progress does come...as slow as it seems at times.

Congrats to all!!! Seems the train is chugging along CHOO-CHOO!!! I have not received anything but I called NVC and was told the petition was send to the embassy on the 29th of October. I'm so excited cos it means, going by others with similar timelines and country, the embassy should have it by now or should by this weeks end. I'm also glad the interview wait time is just a few days instead of almost 3 months the last time. I was also able to get a case number, so at least I have something when I call the embassy.

First Congrats!!! You should have received your I-797 by now. If not, you need to call the TSC or CSC where you were processed and let them know you have not received your NOA2 (i'm assuming that's what you mean). If you are talking about a letter from NVC, then just wait, cos we were approved Oct 9th and have not gotten anything from NVC. Which is why I called them today, just to get some information though when I called last week, they told me to wait 60 days before calling. Hope this answers your question.

We got our NOA2 5 days after it was approved.
