I haven't been seeing any freshly approved June petitions in Igor's list since long ago. That's sad  May is complete almost to the top, but June hasn't even made 25%.... When is our celebration coming, guys?

I am sure it will come sooner than you think and it will be a wonderful surprise.

I took a look at Igor's list after reading this as I was having difficulty believing May could be so far ahead and was shocked. May is even more complete than March and April. Now THAT is truly sad. I realize it is mostly due to the transfers, but still. TSC is a joke. I can't believe I was actually giving them the benefit of the doubt a couple of months ago. Just wow.

June filer also. NOA1 June 7th. You're not alone. There are April and May filers still waiting. I'm always reminded when I call that the time frame is 5 months, so I don't even check anymore. Anytime I get a text and e-mail come in at the same time, I will know it USCIS. Then I will check. Until then, we can only pray. I know it's hard and tough, but do things that make you happy and won't get you in trouble and keep busy and the time will fly by faster.

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum. This question is for the June 2014 TSC filers only. We have decided to set a date for our USA ceremony so that I can start planning and not be caught like a deer in headlights at the last minute. Our NOA1 date is 6/25. Do you guys and gals think that a wedding date of April 8, 2015 is too optimistic?

We want to get married as early as possible upon fiance getting here so we can file for EAD and AOS sooner, etc etc.

I am just worried that we have started the planning and then something will get delayed and you know, money down the drain.

I apologize for not asking the CSC folks, it's just that your timelines are moving much quicker than TSC.

Thank you all and fingers crossed for a week filled with approvals for EVERYONE!

Did you receive a hard copy of the RFE? (Request for evidence)? If you have not, you should let them know to send you another one in the mail because, I believe you have a limited amount of time to respond to this.

Did they get it? Did you track the mail and got confirmation that they got the RFE? If yes, you need to call them and find out why the status did not change. If not, you need to resend and track, but contact the post office on the first one to find out if it was delivered. Include proof of first response mailing if you are sending a second time.

OK, I have just seen a June petition approval on Igor's list.... Something is finally moving forward...

Both of the 10/6 approvals on Igor's list today (June and July) are actually CSC filers that incorrectly filled out their timelines as transferred to CSC from TSC.

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum. This question is for the June 2014 TSC filers only. April 8th should be fine. BUT, always have a backup plan :).

Dohan,

My NOA1 was June 26, 2014 my birthday, I am Indian just like you but my Fiance is from Frankfurt Germany, I am planning my wedding for March 21, from what I have been told here, dont plan anything yet. As much as I dont want to, I have started the planning with a backup date in mind. I a actually going to India in December to get all the wedding clothes done! I really hope that the June 2014 TSC filers see their NOA2 at the end of October, that will be a sigh of relief and happiness no questions asked!

I'm the US petitioner, my better half is Indian. The big fun Indian wedding will happen probably end of 2015 (fingers crossed) because we wanted to make sure he is settled here in US, and that we give enough time to our US family and friends to plan their trip to India. But I am too really excited for all the indian outfits :)

Your NOA1 is 1 day after ours! My birthday is also june but a few days before yours hehe, what a fun coincidence.

You're right, I need to have a backup date, sigh, I just start planning and get really excited. I have been cautious and not planning but all of a sudden I started worrying that if I don't plan anything, and then things begin moving quickly, he will get here and I won't even have a dress.

I'm planning a Western style small ceremony here because my grandmother won't be able to travel to India for the big wedding, the long flight is just impossible for her.

So fingers crossed that everything works out for both of us! You are so lucky to be going in December. I was there for 3 weeks August-September and planned on coming back in December but you know it all comes down to $$$$$
