We requested an expedite. Received a notice in the mail,. It didn't say approved or denied, just stated that our case was already being adjucated and to wait 45 days for a decision. :clock:

Hey guys, I just got to know that our I-129F was approved on August 5th, 2014 (yesterday)!! CSC, 67 days since NOA1, no RFE's!! I'm BEYOND happy!!

Thanks for the info! May I ask you where did you read this about the DACA renewals? Do you know when was the last time CSC got these and on average how many months did the delays last? So it means now

Calm down folks. This is why, I believe it was suggested earlier for the TSC folks to move to the TSC section. Many were getting very frustrated leading to not-too-friendly exchanges. I don't believe

Don't worry its the TSC center we will definitely get approved soon.

Don't worry about that either way it doesn't seems like a big problem to me ,just have it ready in case they need it.

you got transferred that's great.Im so happy for you I hope that they start touching the June Files now,it looks good to me now

TSC is still running quite slow. Their current processing times show Dec/Jan petitions. However, with April and May petitions being transfered to CSC it should speed up. Which will simultaneously slow down CSC.

While the waiting time will not be the same as the TSC so dnt stress about it too much you will be with you love soon. :reading::reading:

I saw the email.. read it like 10 times, took a big swig of NyQuil and said... Really? HOLY !

I am sure it's something simple. More than likely just documentation of relationship or could be missing a page. Most commonly people forget the G325A or something really basic.

I wouldn't worry too much about it Just respond ASAP as soon as you get the notice so it's slowed down too much.
