60 days and waiting since NOA1. Don't get me wrong here but I can't help but frustratingly notice some cases got their NOA2 within 18 days filed date way after us some filed way before us are still waiting for their NOA2. It's just...frustrating.

CSC seemed to come at halt in the matter of approving I-129f. I (the beneficiary) am heartbroken! :(

Btw- congratulations to those who got their NOA2. Please keep us (those who haven't received it yet),in your prayers.

Congratulations im so happy for you guys

I have a question and I would appreciate a little detail if possible. I have read posts about some getting visas for their fiance(e) to visit the United States. I would like to know what embassies or consulates and how did you apply and what did you have to do or show?

Thanks in advance for your response(s).

Tick tock tick tock...

The grass is not always greener at CSC.

I hear crickets chirping on June thread.

Hopefully, those of us at CSC will be getting our NOA2's this month. Staying optimistic. :clock:

First, I want to say congratulations and send a big hug to all who got their NOA2 recently. You guys did it! Good luck for the rest of it.

Second, I noticed some Ukraine cases are getting expedited too. I think it's wonderful news considering the dire situation in the country at the moment.

Third, I'm thinking any cases getting expedited is good news because they will get processed quickly and this will allow them to work quicker on the rest of our cases. Or am I being too optimistic here? When cases get expedited, obviously this shows USCIS is capable of working through cases quicker so there should be no reason for them to slow down.

And one more thing, when you guys refer to DACA renewals, what exactly do you mean? I thought DACA only gives an EAD, so this is not a whole new renewal but a work permit renewal, which is much less complicated. Or am I missing something?

It's good news for those who get expedited. It's bad news for everyone else. Anytime someone gets expedited, their case is jumping the line. That means you could be the next case up for review, but then a hundred or so more cases just got moved ahead of you in the line (example only, I have no idea where you are or how many get expedited).

There are only so many resources to process our petitions. When someone gets expedited, the rest of us have to wait longer. Basically, it means they are working the line by priority of some politician rather than first in, first out.

Like I said, it's great if your petition gets expedited. It means those citizens are more equal than others. (Yes, that's a reference to Animal Farm.)
