Also..

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 13, 2014 and July 19, 2014*.

I haven't failed to notice today is the 25th.

I am impatient, yes.

Hopefully, we'll hear something soon.

Things have really slowed down at California. They were flying through applications that came just about 2 weeks before yours, but things have seemed to come to a halt. My adjudication estimate has just been slowly moving back, and if you check the k-1 timelines, you see very few California timelines getting approved. I don't know what's going on. I know it's frustrating, but I just check the dates of the people from Texas getting approved (most of them are from January,) and it helps me to keep my frustration in check. We're pretty lucky to be sent to California even though they have slowed down. Fingers crossed they get moving this week though..

Sent I-129F 6/19/2014

Received confirmation via e-mail 6/24, forwarded to California office

Alien Registration number changed 6/26

I wonder if this has any effect and just how much?

That wouldn't have any affect on the petitions..only the issuance of Visa's. It is possible that they have reached the point of beginning work on the DACA renewals which is why CSC was seeing ridiculously fast approvals (in my opinion, that is how fast all centers should be all the time, but I am speaking in relation to others) in the first place. They were trying to get as many done as possible before they switched to the renewals.

That is just a guess, but a possibility nonetheless. Then again, it may just be an off week for them and you will be rolling down the fast lane again next week...who really knows.

As far as being processed at CSC, it's not about being lucky, it's just a matter of where we live. I would have moved if I were in the area for TSC or had gone a completely different route. LOL

Sure hope it start picking up soon.

Our timeline's are quite similar but no RFE for us, yet. Nor have we got our NOA2. (I check like 10 times a day for site update. LOL)

When we started this process we put together ALL documents we would need for the Visa.

My fiance has already received his Police Certificate, has his long form birth certificate, and medical questionaire filled out.

So, as soon as ours is approved, he'll file the DS160, schedule the medical and file the form of readiness.

Hopefully, the time between the Medical and Interview aren't too bad.

The affidavit of support is provided to the beneficiary by the petitioner to show at the Interview. It's not filed. That's the I-134.

Here is a great site I used to get all the documents we needed..

Guys, a quick question: how many of the June CSC filers got their NOA2 within the estimated VJ timeline? Ours are overdue according to the timeline and even though it keeps changing. This is keeping me up all night and moreover I saw a post regarding the USCIS screwup; a deadly combination I tell ya!

Thanks in advance!

Most of the problems that I have read regarding the "screw up" only pertains to those waiting on the visa. The i-129F is just the petition and therefore should nt be delayed.

I, too, have not received our NOA2. We freceived our NOA1 on 06/12

Fingers crossed that we get them soon. :clock:
