Kay &jay I see that you have a similar case as mine I submitted an expedited request but on June 28th and was asked to submit the docs my fiancé emailed back in the documents without translating do you think it might delay our process or we should translate and send it back to them?

You should have translated the form before sending it to them ,I understand you since you had only 2 days to submit the documentation that was probably the reason of the rush but its nt too late as long as you have that letter that was sent to you stating that you have to submit documents1.Print out the letter 2.Translate your medical documents by a certified translator ,3.Write a letter explaining that you did not have much time to translate it cause you had two days,3.Fax the affividat of the certified translator,the translator documents,the original documents,the letter that was sent to you,the letter that you wrote this time around fax it to them to the attention of the ID that was provided and will see from there.Good Luck to you

We sent out our I-129f on June 4th (received by CSC). Waiting for NoA2.

My fiance lives in the US and also filed k1 my alien registration number was changed on the 12/6/14 and i guess it was sent to TSC cause my tracking number start with SRC so i am relying on us to take our minds off the long

Im going to update…We finally got a RFE on july 10th….We haven't got the hardcopy yet so we don't know exactly what are they asking for.

But at least we know they are on our case as we got it less than a month after getting our NOA1. We hope to receive it soon and respond as fast as we can! Has anyone else got one? from the june filers??

Don't worry its actually nt something big ,it could be minor stuff .You can as well go through the RFE's Thread to check about it too. Good luck

We got the RFE hardcopy on saturday and they were just asking for my letter of intent….so i sent it to my fin ace on sunday and we hope to submit it this week as soon as he gets it. Pretty ridiculous…and then as the rest seems to be ok we hope to get the approval soon...

Seriously this Christmas and thanksgiving I wont spend it by myself again ,just praying hard that we could be together by then.

We submitted one letter of intent, his because we though mine wasn't necessary. So we submitted all they were asking except one letter of intent. I mailed to him couple days ago and as soon as he gets it probably today or tomorrow we will send it back to the california service center. He leaves 30 min away from it so…we hope to get the approval quite fast as it takes one day to send everything…. I hope we get an approval soon! What happened with you? you didn't submit the letter or they wanted an extra one?

I was saying "Same here" to Kay&Jay because I also want to be with my sweetheart by Xmas time. But by the looks of it I'll just go visit him for Xmas time. (I'm the petitioner so we decided it's easier for me to travel to him)

Im planning to go shop on Black Friday with my fiancé and have Thanksgiving together also Christmas and New Year .Im keeping my fingers crossed,anyways its raining pretty today.
