How will I know when my RFE review is complete?!

I received a second RFE for initial evidence on my i864 just barely two weeks after I responded to the first RFE for the same reason. They have been reviewing my RFE since May 2 and I am yet to get an update or receive any mail regarding their decision. I did my fingerprinting April 3. how will I know when the written decision is sent to me since I was told by customer care that there won't be any update on uscis website?

You will either be denied or approved when it is over.

Two RFEs for the same reason is not good. I hope you really checked what you were sending back, because they can deny for failure to properly respond to RFE.

Send exactly only what they ask for ...read & understand it

I know someone got 4 for missing address since 16 yrs

they keep overlooking the fact they were missing a mth on

the first 3 response (LOL they had an atty too)

I also had 2 RFE for i864. Online status changed to RFE review 2 weeks after they got it and another 2 weeks later online status changed to testing and interview. They didn't forget about you. Don't worry.

Also, my EAD was mailed while it was at RFE response review so they're working.

How long ago was this? And I see where u applied for an expedite, how did that work out for u?

Omg. Congrats. My RFE has been under review since may 2. I requested an expedite may 28 and I am told to wait 5 calendar days for a response (which will end on Monday) I feel like I am about to lose my mind.

What is an ISO and how would I get in contact with one?

call the USCIS National Call Center -

then punch no buttons after dialing [the system will think you are on a rotary dial phone]

I mean it - punch no buttons after or you will get into AVR heck and no way to get a human.

When a human answers - they are talking in Spanish. Let them unwind..... When they stop talking - say 'English Please' - then when they unwind -

state:

I need to speak with an ISO about RFE status - I know your system doesn't show any status about RFE movement - but an ISO can help me.

Then they will talk a bit more - and transfer you.

After you are transferred - you have 2 options - wait until an ISO answers - usually 2 to 3 hours - or punch 1 for a callback from an ISO [same day] ...

no - I'm not giving you the USCIS # - It's in your receipt notices - have a read !

an ISO is an Immigration Service Officer. They see the same stuff on their computer system that an Immigration Officer at a local USCIS office can see as they share the same computer system. A CSR - the first human that answers the phone - only can see what you can see online and they are trained to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.

Errata - since you are at a critical point in your process - I ask you turn off the handphone and start doing research from a PC - you miss so much when using a handphone - is different landscape and is easier on a PC - to do research with the advanced search tool ..

This is not good. If you sent the same stuff back and they said it was wrong then it is wrong. Sending it again is the wrong thing to do. I would not be surprised if you get denied for failure to respond properly to RFE.

I didn't apply for it. My husband called today to find out what's going on with applications and the person on a phone said that both of us should be present at the time of a call. How stupid is that?!
