Yup, if it is the "normal" AP it won't last very long before it jumps to ISSUED, then 5-10 days for it to arrive. Possibly two days less if picking up at MOA.

Tricia, this means they are working on it. You and I have the same date, so that tells us they moved the pile to someone's desk and he or she is processing them. I got exactly the same CEAC result as of now.

As I understand it, CEAC should go back to READY and then AP again as the next person gets it, then another READY and then ISSUED.

I have heard of cases jumping steps, or even two or more steps, but I am not about to bet the farm that either of us will have such luck. Chances are we will see the rest of the progression. How long each step will take is anybody's guess.

And then there is alway the risk that someone along the line will perceive some sort of issue

So let's go one day at a time on this.

Hank, which CEAC website is more accurate? In USEM status ours shows "No Status" and State Dept website shows "Refused"

You're dealing with the CENOMAR issue? CEAC has been showing refused for some time now hasn't it?

The no status at USEM tends to tell me your file isn't in their system anymore, but that is only my guess. What response do you get when you email or call USEM?

Hank, the first image is accessed in "Non-IV"; Thus, "No status".

Sounds like the file is there somewhere, sure a lot of hoop-a-la over an NSO employee issuing a CENOMAR with a wrong name (then being a pecker about it). Hopefully it will get corrected very soon. I will keep my fingers crossed.

We also talked to NSO and they said they will send a letter to the embassy regarding the erroneous cenomar. Thanks Hank.
