How to email US embassy in Philippines, site not working.

Is anyone else having any problems trying to send an email about a K1 visa to the US embassy. I go to there site, click on contact us, then click on by email, then try to click on the for general inquiries address, but nothing happens or opens. Down at the bottom of the page where it says if I am not the petitioner, to click here,,,it works. We are having a problem with the NSO, and I need to notify them and bring them up to date, so they will keep our visa application open, and not think we abandoned it or something, since we have been at the point since Jan. that my fiancee could book her apointment. Anyone know of another way to send them an email that works.

Is this the email addy you're using? Have you tried or considered faxing the IV unit?
