Please help me to check if i have everything in place. Am scared of RFE. beneath is what my application contains.

Nature of Submission: I-130 Application for Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family-Based Adjustment of Status (Filed concurrently with I-485 Form)

The content of this application include:

· G-1145 – Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

· I-130 Petition for alien relative

· Certified Copy of Marriage certificate and License

· Copy of birth certificate of US citizen

· Copy of birth certificate of non-US citizen spouse

· Additional information about non-US Citizen Spouse

· Copy of passport

· Copy of visa

· Copy of I-94

· G-325A filled out by Petitioner and Beneficiary

· Passport photos of Petitioner and Beneficiary in white envelope

2. Evidence of a bona fide marriage

· Joint Lease Agreement

· PNC Bank – letter and statements showing shared accounts

· Bank of America Credit card showing joint credit card ownership

· Joint Life insurance Policy

· Joint Renters insurance policy

· Hospital bills of Beneficiary proving our joint address

· Copy of Petitioners State ID proving address of residence

· Wedding Photos
