I just got a text right now from 2GO telling me that they're about to deliver my passport/visa at home today. I live in Laspinas. All in all, it took me 9 days to wait for my visa upon the interview. There are a lot of different cases. And so far, upon reading other statements here on the delivery of their visa, there was no problem.

I dont think there's anymore problem with you since you already passed your other requirements. I know it's hard to wait but we all really need to be patient. Don't worry! It will be fine. The longest delivery of visa that i have read here is 3 months. It really depends. Just be patient. :)

Hi. I wanna share my story to you. Me and my son had our interview last May 8. The Consul Officer told me that we were approved but will be in AP because my son's medical report's not yet submitted to them that time. She said there's nothing to worry about because sometimes it really take times to submit the Medical reports to them. She told me to just wait our visa to be delivered. We didnt get any 221g. On May 12, i called st lukes and found out that my son's medical report was still there, i told them to submit it asap and they did. May 14, the consul officer already received the medical report. And until now our visas arent issued yet. Mine's still Ready For Interview my son is still in AP. Its been 3 weeks and im losing my patience already. ? Lets just pray will get ours issued sooner than soon.

i dont know why his medical report is late. I was so pissed when i called st lukes cos i found out that mine was submitted on May 5. We had our medical exams done together. He had no problem during his medical exam. He didnt undergo any additional test. In fact, he only had few exams cos he is just a toddler. And now we're in this kind of situation because they didnt submit it on time. The co havent reviewed his medical report yet thats why our visa's arent issued yet. Our case was updated when the CO received the medical reports and whenever i am calling USEM, my case is updating. Ugh a month? thats too long but we are close to it already. They're really testing our patience. Why did they request for another joint sponsor when the NVC already reviewed and approved your docs? They're really unpredictable.

That's why u still not have the visa cause the consul did not yet review it.hopefully in God's name our visa will be issued.its not your fault its the st lukes. Yeah nvc approved our aos and no checklist i had a joint sponsor and they said that the joint sponsor has not enough earning. The filipino pre screner computes the 2013 income only and did not include the bank account.i think the nvc reviewd the aos on current annual income but the embassy base it on previous income thats why they need another joint sponsor .and i provided it already and my status was updated twice but still on ap they just recieved my 221g yesterday.

You'll get the visa as soon as the case gets reviewed again -- just a bit more patience. :star:

Many people are not aware of the vast numbers of cases the Consular Section deals with per year, last year was a bit less, but you can see why sometimes it takes awhile to review a case in AP.
