Sadly, my fiance told me that she has been using Shabu (meth) and is trying to quit. I have been trying to search with little luck to see if there is anybody like that in those areas (she is near leyte, leyte).

There's also the medical exam where she'd either have to lie to state she'd used it if asked. I'm not sure exactly what the ban or time frame is for that.

It is entirely possible that it wouldn't be detected or an issue but that's not a minor consideration.

Used to be lifetime ban from USA if from Philippines for drugs, Other embassy it no big deal and can be a non issue
