My k1visa is under processing but our file is already expired and they ask me to revalidate ? What's gonna happen about this?do I need to wait a month ?or more?I am so worried cause I don't have enough time to stay in HK.

It is very hard to make any sense out of your short comment but I assume you :

1. Had your interview

2. Were put in AP

3. Want to know if you have to re validate your case ?

The CO will re validate when AP is complete. No one knows when AP will be finished.

What do you mean you don't have enough time to stay in HK.

If I have not understood your question please clarify and add more details.

AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Yea I already had interview but on hold cause my medical and police certificate is not yet done and when all I submit the consulate I need to.revalidate cause its expire.and I am worried if how long I need to wait again?my employer break my contract and I just beg them to stay them tell 31.and I only have 2 weeks to stay in HK.

I-129f is expire and my papers underpricessing for k1 visa.I'm done my interview and I submit all but the consulate email me when I check my visa status ask me to re validate I am worried what is this?how long that i need to wait?its really depressing esp.I can't stay here longer in HK.

I don't want to talk to my fiance though he's still cheering me up.and encourage that everything well be alright .all I want is to be with him and make own a simple family but its to difficult .

Please clarify what I bolded. Are you saying the consulate told you that you must re validate ? Re validate what ?

The police report is expired ?

You are still not giving enough information to help you.

What exactly did they tell you ? What was written on the 221g paper ?

Why on earth are you not speaking to your petitioner about this urgent matter ?

He is the one who needs to be here posting questions and explaining to you what is going on.

You said earlier you don't want to talk to him, why are you playing games at a time like this ?

Half of this mess is getting 'lost in translation.'

What is your home country ?

What you posted above is not a complete understandable sentence. Get it right.

Sounds like they want you to come to the consulate to window 1. ( VISIT US , URGENT, WINDOW 1)

You do not re validate it, the CO will.

Take the email with you to get inside and go to window 1.

TALK TO YOUR FIANCE !!!!!!

I already said no one knows when AP is finished and they won't tell you that either. It takes however long it takes.

Respond to their email tomorrow by going there and don't ignore the mail.

OK - I've read this a few times - here's what I think ---

The petition is to be revalidated by the IV Unit at the Embassy in Hong Kong - you do not need to do anything except what you've already done -

give over current police certificates -

gotten a new medical exam --

It's the Embassy that is revalidating the petition - you not have to do anything. This is sometimes the case when time has passed and USUALLY the beneficiary does not have to request that it be revalidated but

sometimes.... that's what is needed - a written letter [usually from the petitioner-actually] asking that the petition validity of duration be revalidated.

It would help us a lot - if you would take the written doc you got back from the embassy - scan it - redact personal info - and let us see it. Then we could go further than only an opinion.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

ok - so they want you to return to the IV Unit - suggest you print out the email to paper - you'll need it to show the security guards at the Embassy -

then

go to Window 1 - more will be explained to you there. Not need appointment - print out the email to paper and go.
