Hi there

So I am very grateful that my case ( I am US citizen applying for my mom and dad to immigrate to the US) has been approved so far and has been sent to NVC for processing but now I'm nervous and I have a few questions:

First of all, on one of the DS-260 forms that my parents are filling out, the question is " Do you intend to work in the US"

How should my parents answer this? Yes or No

If they say yes, would that automatically disqualify them and if they say "no" are there any reprocussions after they get here and want to work?

Also I was reading some information ( albeit from and immigration lawyer website) and they mentioned that complications can arise if parents are eldery and it is faired they may become a burden due to health reason...My parents are 68 years old and in relatively good health. My mom has a sprained ankle and hypertension...Would it be wise to get a lawyer at this phase to ensure everything goes smoothly?

please let me know.I am so excited yet so nervouse at the same time

Would very much appreciate a response!

Thanks
