Hi all.

My mother applied to me on 2006 as unmarried son of citizen....

I made my interview and got my green card.

When she applied to me she did to my daughter too.

And now I want my daughter como to live with me on USA.

The problem is that I cannot fill her DS-260 form.

At web site says "not applicable". - she is follow to join

I went to appointment to USCIS and they dont know what to do.

I send emails to NVC and they say to talk to consulate in brazil, and consulate says to contact NVC.

If you could or know anyone else that has the same or had same issue, plesase, reply.

Thank you

hi

so what happened that your daughter didn't have the interview and get the GC as the same time as you did?

as your derivative, everything should have been done at the same time, and have the interview at the same time

when it's not at the same time, it's follow to join

we need more details on what happened and why wasn't she interviewed at the same time, she was under your petition. so when your mom filed the paperwork for you, she should have filed the paperwork for your daughter as well

now how long has it been since you got your GC? you have to find out if your case was sent back to the US, then transfer the case back to NVC so you can do a follow to join for your daughter

Thank you very, very much for your information.
I really cannot find anyone that can explain me.
well. When they sent me the letter about my interview at brazilian consulate, they asked me if she is going with me, and I said no, cause I need go first to find out, job, place to live, school, etc...
so her status is follow to join.
I was admited at USA on may 22 (one week ago).
And didn't get my green card yet.
I would like to fill her DS-260 form to get her interview now
Do you think after I got my green card I gonna be able to fill the form online??
What you think I must do????
When I call NVC they say that my case is in brazil, and when I send email to brazil they say that I must contact NVC...
Thanks
